You can send or request money from your contacts. They will be notified by email or text message that you wish to send money or are requesting money from them. You and your contacts will never need to exchange financial account information.

In short words: YOU have to stand up as a collective and lawfully declare independent political control then everyone is financially well.

In jurisprudence, reparation is replenishment of a previously inflicted loss by the criminal to the victim. Restitution to the condition of self-government/self-determination that the people were in before the violation is the primary part of reparation. Monetary compensation is secondary. Reparations for slavery is a political justice concept that argues that reparations should be paid to the descendants of slaves from Sub-Saharan Africa who were trafficked to and enslaved in the Americas as a consequence of the Atlantic slave trade. Some of the indigenous inhabitants were abused and enslaved as well so qualify. International law states that those who have suffered from human rights abuse such as slavery have a "Right to Remedy".

The withdrawal function has been disabled. As we explain in numerous statements on this website; the money is dollar "value" and to be used at selected vendors in which all products are available and municipalities that are under independent political control/under self-determination. The People must attain self-determination to lawfully leverage city assets and access the hundred of billions of dollars in assets availed by others. The funds are also to be circulated or received/sent among recipients. Though definitely they will be able to be withdrawn to banks and other payment platforms in the near future. It is all determined by your participation and consent. In economics, currency forms are dictated by massive acceptance. 

The question is always asked: “now what do I do after signing up”. That is a good question as we all anxiously wait to utilize the stated $100,000.

After signing up the first thing is to understand that these reparations can only come when we have self-determination meaning our own independent political control which is easily attained when a majority people of a city (or even sizable enough population in a portion of a city) decide that they would rather govern themselves instead of being unsafe and unhappy under the current system. They will then automatically control their area and the assets (real estate, etc) within it and have lawful authority to access the $600 billion attained from transactions made with the oil resources granted by Russia and others. This shift in power is to be done via a massive signing of withdrawal of consent because the authority of government only exists because of our consent. The withdrawal of consent and assertion of your right of self-determination happens when you register. Don't think that this is impossible as all it takes is the masses of people.
